I heart Sundresses

I heart Sundresses! They're dressy, comfy, and cute! I used a dress I loved from last year, and made it a little wider/longer for her this year... LOVE it! I plan on making a bunch in different styles for my kiddo's for the summer... as long as I get some darker fabric since I'm not too great at getting stains out...

Monkeys sleep sack

I've made a few sleep sacks over the past couple weeks. Here is one of the new fabrics I have. A few more will follow!

New dress for K

K needed a new dress for church, so I took the bodice from one pattern, and the dress from another, added a zipper, and voila!

Skirt making class

This past Monday night, I hosted a skirt making class! 4 wonderful ladies showed up, and away we went constructing these beautiful skirts.
I am working on getting the instructions completed, and will post the tutorial later next week.
I found out earlier this week I have shingles- no rash yet. I caught it early, and started the meds, so it's a wait and see for now on how this will all play out... I'm not feeling too great- nausea, headache, and sore neck, so I'll have to see when I'll feel like plunking away at the instructions... let alone house work!

Didn't they all pick such beautiful fabric??
