Quilt

Yay! I am finally finished! I just finished a queen size quilt for our bed, and LOVE it! It is the disappearing 9 patch pattern, in black and white with a hint of teal. I started it about 6 months ago, and just kept putting it off. I was nervous about doing the actual "quilt part" I usually just tack the quilts together, but wanted to do this one right. After talking to a good friend of mine who to me is a quilt expert, I finally decided to try it. I just "stitched in the ditch" but love the result. Oh, and don't mind the bedroom furniture, we recently renovated and now have a large walk in closet, so we sold the bedroom set and haven't bought a new bed or night stands yet. : ) The pics don't seem to do it justice, but oh well.

Shopping cart cover, clothes and more!

Here are some other sewing projects I have completed. Some were custom orders, and others for my kids or just for fun. : )

Nursing covers

These nursing covers have boning in the neckline so you have a constant hands free view of you baby while nursing. I like to make these since they only take about an hour, and are so useful!

Sleep sacks

Sleep sacks are a huge seller! They are known to lower SIDS. They eliminate blankets from the crib giving peace of mind, and a warm baby. Once again, here are some of my faves!

Diaper bags

I have been making and selling diaper bags for a few months now. They are a lot of fun to make since they don't take too long, and I love the end result. These are messenger style bags. I don't pick out the material, size or amount of pockets- they are custom made for each persons needs. Here are a few of my faves!

In the past

I thought I would start a blog so those interested could stop in and see what I have been up to. I am not sure how often I will update, but aim on once a week. I sell my items at twiceasniceboutique.etsy.com. If you are interested in anything that you see on here, and I don't have it on etsy, I can make a custom listing for you.
