Long Sleeve Sleep Sack modeled

For those of you who are interested in seeing what a Long Sleeve Sleep Sack looks like on a child, I had my 2.5 year old try one on. She managed to stay still for a few shots; I'll share one with you. If you have any questions, feel free to email!

Tote Bag

Yay! Something different! This is the tote bag I mae for my MIL for Christmas. She is returning to work part time in the new year~ after almost 30 years as a stay at home Wife/Mom~ and i thought she might need a nice bag to carry her lunch and other items to and from. She like it, so BONUS! :)

I didn't have a pattern- once you've made a few, Tote bags are pretty basic. Since I don't like the look of visible seams~ (yes even serged on the inside of a bag) I knew I wanted to line it. It is a larger size- I never measured it, so I'm not sure how big. I interfaced the lining with a medium weight for added stiffness. The outer fabric is a Home Dec, so it has some stability already. The straps are also interfaced, and are long enough to carry on the shoulder or in the hands (for lack of better wording). I added a pocket to the interior since I thought it might come in handy.

A few more long sleeve Sleep Sacks

These 2 sleep sacks were made with long sleeves. The Animal print has a single layer of flannel, and the Plain Jane is the double layer fabric lined with flannel.

Sleep sack in a new print

I have been waiting for someone to order in this print! I wanted so badly to see what it looked like as a sleep sack. Last week someone ordered it, and I love how it looks. Still debating on ordering more...

Work and fabric

Last week was quite busy with many Sleep Sacks that had to be made and shipped.
One gal ordered 2 new matching ones for her twin girls out of the Pink Jacks print, and of course, I forgot to take a pic of them! I strongly dislike it when I do that!

Here are a few sleep Sacks that I remembered to take pics of. The first is in the Zen Flower print. The customer bought it as a gift for some one else. I heart this print.

This Sleep Sack is in the itty bitty 0-6 months size. It is for Karen S who won my first give away. She is expecting her 3rd in January. She doesn't know the gender of the baby, so I lined it with green flannel to make it more gender neutral.

I heart this print also. I really like the bright bold colors~ just look around my house, color is used EVERYWHERE! I also really like the design of the print.

My new fabric came in Yesterday! I am so excited, but it also means making 3 more Sleep Sacks by tomorrow for waiting customers! I hope to post new listings on Etsy for the new prints this afternoon/evening some time. Maybe when 1.5 of the Sleep Sacks are done.
Well, Like I said, it's busy around here, so I will check out now. Thanks for looking!

Sleep sacks for twins!

These sleep sacks were made for twins~ one boy and one girl. Their Mom picked out the fabric~ it's Kaffe Fassett Roman Glass and Paperweight. I had ordered extra hot pink flannel from the Zebra Print Sleep Sack, and was able to use it right away to line this pink one. I hope the twins stay nice and warm in their new sleep sacks!
