Skirt making class

This past Monday night, I hosted a skirt making class! 4 wonderful ladies showed up, and away we went constructing these beautiful skirts.
I am working on getting the instructions completed, and will post the tutorial later next week.
I found out earlier this week I have shingles- no rash yet. I caught it early, and started the meds, so it's a wait and see for now on how this will all play out... I'm not feeling too great- nausea, headache, and sore neck, so I'll have to see when I'll feel like plunking away at the instructions... let alone house work!

Didn't they all pick such beautiful fabric??

Class on how to make these skirts

I have been making these skirts since my oldest was about 6 months old... so I suppose for 4.5 years!
They are so easy to make~ done in about an hour. I am having a class on how to make them in a few weeks. If you are in the area, (Northern Washington or Fraser Valley) and would like to learn, send me an email (twiceasniceboutique@live.com) , and I can let you know when we plan on doing it, and how much fabric you will need etc.
The class has 5 more spots~ first come first serve!
Depending in how many people show interest, I may have a class in the Fraser Valley for those who do not have a passport.

Blankets, sleep sacks and more!!!!

I thought I would update you on what I have been doing since my last post.
I had planned to have a table at a local Summer festival, but plans for that fell through when a family thing was planned for the same day!
I had been sewing items for a few weeks for the table, and now have a lot of pre-sewn items ready for next time I guess! :) I made over 15 blankets, 12 sleep sacks, a few skirts, and some other misc items for it. Now I have quite a few more sleep sacks cut and serged, and ideas for some bags for next time!
On a different, note, I am contemplating on having a giveaway in the next few weeks! Stay tuned for more info!

Shopping cart cover, clothes and more!

Here are some other sewing projects I have completed. Some were custom orders, and others for my kids or just for fun. : )
